Day 3 of no meat or soda.
I feel wonderful.
It seems like my head is clearer. I get tired around 3:30 or 4, but I think once my body gets used to forgetting about caffeine, that might quit.
I feel guilty eating meat. I know it does not make me feel good. For some people, it might. For me, I am so much more sluggish with a meat filled diet. Meat is the wrong choice for Nessie (that's me). I substitute vegetables and fruits that I love with meat, and walk away from my meals with a full belly, but ready for a nap. Also, the thought of my body processing, secondhand, all of the antibiotics and fillers they give to the animals while they are on the "farm" does not appeal to me.

Good for you! So what do you eat for lunch/dinner, which can be meat-centric meals? I'd like to do this, at least a few days a week, but it's hard when you're married to a hefty meat eater. Tips?
